4、老闆有良好的商業信譽與親自參與經營的決心;
5、認同公司實行品牌“專營”的原則，不再經營其它品牌的同類産品;
6、認同且努力執行公司相關的市場管理政策、規定;
7、認同且努力執行公司的營銷推廣策略等，願意按公司政策承擔傳播推廣費用、終端建設費用;
8、有比較專業的營銷隊伍負責渠道拓展，最大化實現渠道鋪設;
9、不過分依賴公司，具備基本的管理能力、服務能力、市場推廣能力與渠道建設及維護能力。
